NEO Discovery Grant (Undergraduate)
Supporting the Next Generation of Researchers
The NEO Discovery Grant is for undergraduate students who are passionate about cancer, nutrition, and exercise. This grant does not require prior research experience—just a curiosity and commitment to exploring these important fields.
Eligibility:
Current or incoming undergraduate students
No prior research experience required—just enthusiasm for cancer, nutrition, and exercise

NEO Research Grant (Graduate)
Fueling Advanced Research in Cancer, Nutrition, and Exercise
The NEO Research Grant is designed for graduate students (Master’s or Ph.D.) with a well-defined research proposal in cancer, nutrition, or exercise. Applicants should have prior research experience in these areas.
Eligibility:
Current or incoming graduate students (Master’s or Ph.D.)
Prior research experience in cancer, nutrition, or exercise
Well-defined 1-page research proposal
Award: $5,000

How to Apply
Applications for both grants will open in 2026. Students attending (or accepted to) an accredited college or university in the United States will be eligible to apply. For detailed eligibility requirements and application instructions, please check back closer to the opening date.
